Single room in friendly house

This is a newly decorated single room in a 4 bed shared house. All furniture and carpets are new.
The room is south facing and catches the bright light throughout the day, so even though it is a single it doesn't feel cramped.
The house has a shared kitchen/living room and the current tenants do use it to socialise.
All bills, including WiFi are in with the price.
The property has a garden, which is a lovely suntrap in the summer.
