Double room near town

Hey, I bought this house last year and my lovely housemate Adam moved in 4 months ago (thanks Spareroom) but it still feels a little big so I’ve decided to rent out the 3rd bedroom.

I’m pretty sociable and love being out and about but enjoy alone time every so often. I’m a teacher at a local college so usually quite chilled/climb/gym/walk during the week and often go out/away at the weekend. Adam is also a teacher and does a lot of running/biking/MMA, he’s really friendly, tidy and laid back.

I have a very sweet, snuggly cat called Malcolm and I’m considering adding another cat to the family, so pet friendly is a must.

It’s a small double but there is plenty of room for storing things in other areas around the house. The room and house is fully furnished (but I’m happy to move my furniture if you’d prefer your own items) with a lovely garden and a small parking space at the back which I don’t actually use as the street parking is good. There’s 1 bathroom and a second toilet downstairs.
