Student accommodation in Huddersfield

Hi,
I’ve decided to do a course that Huddersfield University doesn’t offer and therefore need to pass on my accommodation contract onto someone else. The accommodation is at Storthes Hall starting this September. I got a 20% discount on it so it would be a lot cheaper than most people would be paying for it. The details of the room are in the photos below.

The original price would be £4,312.00
And you would be paying £3455.70 which is the price for the academic year ( September till July )

There is also an on-site bar and restaurant, gym and laundrette and shop
There is parking on site
20 minutes from the university by car and there is direct bus route from the accommodation to the uni.
