Newly decorated large room with new carpet, designer radiator and furniture. Own toilet/shower and living room downstairs. I live in house with a Ukrainian refugee so you will need to do a criminal record check via the council (they will pay).

Disney, Netflix, council tax and water included. Gas and electricity included with a fair usage policy.

Ideal for anyone wanting lots of space and quiet. Bus stop opposite, short walk to town and plenty of parking.

Must be non-smoker. House is detached and not very well insulated so only suitable for a housemate who does not need a hot house. I think it would be most suitable for a male but would consider a female.

Important only one person, no couples or room share.
