Double room on the ground floor. Has an ensuite. Has have desk, bed wardrobe and shelves.

House has a large living room downstairs. I live in house with a Ukrainian refugee and one other lodger.

Ideal for anyone wanting lots of space and quiet. Bus stop opposite, 30 minutes walk to town and plenty of parking. Great location for walking, cycling as near Castle Hill.

Must be non-smoker. Lodgers with leave to remain considered. Weekday lodgers an option.

I think it would be most suitable for a male but would consider a female.
