Double room on the ground floor. Has an ensuite. Has have desk, bed wardrobe and shelves. Small pets considered.

House has a large living room downstairs. I live in house with a Ukrainian refugee and one other lodger.

Ideal for anyone wanting lots of space and quiet. Bus stop opposite, 30 minutes walk to town and plenty of parking. Great location for walking, cycling as near Castle Hill.

Must be non-smoker. Small pets considered as are lodgers with leave to remain. Weekday lodgers an option at reduced rent.

I think it would be most suitable for a male but would consider a female.
