The room is fully furnished and contains a 43 inch flat screen smart TV with streaming services included for your use (Apple TV, Disney Plus, Netflix and Prime). There are far reaching views over Huddersfield and the room is quiet as there are no other rooms on that floor.

Living in the property are myself and my partner, we're both out of the property a lot for work so you'll often have it to yourself. We're a relaxed clean couple who enjoy travelling, films, sport and reading.

The shared spaces include a large living room with a 50inch Samsung smart TV and lots of seating for movie nights! A brand new, modern tiled bathroom with rainfall shower. As well as a new, fully integrated Bosch appliance, kitchen/diner with plenty of cupboard and fridge space for everyone. We're happy to socialise as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

The house is in Moldgreen, in close proximity to Huddersfield town centre. There are lots of bus routes nearby to all parts of Huddersfield and beyond. There are many amenities within a couple of minutes walk of the property included a post office, convenience store, dentist, pharmacy and takeaways. The supermarkets Lidl, Iceland and Asda are a 10 minute walk away with the University, Sainsburys and Kingsgate shopping centre being a 20 minute walk away.
