Spare room in professional house hold

Hello there!
We are a full time working couple looking to rent our spare room in our house, so you will be sharing a house with the landlord .

It is a very spacious house, a big kitchen and a shared bathroom. You are more then welcome to use all the appliances provided in the kitchen, however we are looking for someone tidy that will clean after themselves.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, tv, a desk and lots of storage space.
We are very flexible if you want to bring friends around, as we also enjoy having game nights and will let you know in advance so you don’t bump into strangers, so we require the same communication.
We are also looking for a pet-lover, as we have a cat named Mitzi and she can be very shy at first.

All the bills are included in the price (£550 pm).
