Looking for tenants preferred!

Hi, We are looking for tenants to move in with us at 37 dog kennel property by the 1st of july, we currently have 2 spare rooms one of which is a very spacious double room and a single room as well. The property is beautiful, spacious with a separate living room and spacious kitchen as well. It has a front yard and a backyard as well. Bills aren’t included but Internet will be included (with extra charge) in the rent.
5mins away from Lidl and True Gym.
15 mins from town centre
10 mins from University of Huddersfield
So we are looking for tenants (preferably females) who like their place to be clean and tidy, also who are vegetarians/vegans.

The current flatmates are artists, one of them
