Room available in comfy house

Good sized room available, fabulous outlook with 2 x fitted double wardrobes. Crash pad or term time only considered. Owner lives in and generally works from home. Looking for someone chilled, easy going. Pets considered, lgbt and vegan/vegetarians welcome. Please contact via message in first instance. We need the right person to fit into our household. A female preferred but will consider males if a fit. We like to keep things clean and tidy. We often have friends and family round to socialise at the weekend but are very quiet through the week.
