Lovely Double Room available on Bradley Road

Hello Potential New Housemates :)

Daniel and I have two lovely double rooms available within our home on Bradley Road, Huddersfield, and we would like to open/welcome the right people to come share with us.

These two rooms are 'The Garden View' room upstairs towards the back of the house, and our 'Dormer Retreat' room also upstairs but towards the front of the house.

Garden View:
A spacious double bedroom with Ensuite. The room itself features a double bed with mattress, desk with chair, two chest of drawers, wardrobe rail, and bedside table. Plus, the room has a separate reading or relaxation snug/mezzanine with it's own skylight for star gazing.

The Ensuite shower room is equipped with shower enclosure, WC, wash hand basin and own washing machine.

Dorma Retreat: (TAKEN)
A spacious double bedroom with shared main bedroom. The room itself features a double bed with mattress, desk with chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and bedside table.

The shared bedroom is equipped with bath with shower enclosure, WC, wash hand basin.

The house comes with a cosy and spacious communal kitchen area with breakfast bar and stools. Plus your own personal storage space within the kitchen.

A cleaner visits once a month to freshen up the communal areas, plus they are happy to clean the above rooms at an extra direct charge if wish to sign up to this etc.
