I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this lovely flat in Moldgreen, there is one other female in the flat. Tenancy ends 30/6/25, you get a double room with en-suite with bath & shower , big modern shared kitchen & living room and easy access to a pharmacy, one stop, super markets and a 15 minute walk to the uni / town. There is also parking surrounding the flats (no permit needed) and it is on the ground floor however there is a step to get into the block. If you are a student no council tax is paid, unsure of amount If you are a working professional.
