Newsome property double room

Three story house in Newsome with kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, basement and small pebbled garden. All these are shared by one other occupant (me) and you'll get the double room whilst I'm up in the attic.
I'm a full time worker who isn't in all the time (out for socials and pub quizes) but am fairly sociable around the house and happy to chill out in the living room watching TV, gaming, reading or chatting if you fancy it. I clean reasonably regularly and always tidy up after myself, and am happy to cook us a meal every now and again. Council tax is Band A, bills are actually very reasonable given the size of the property.
