The house is a spacious, detatched property set back from the road, with nice views, a supermarket within walking distance, multiple bus stops within a 2-5 minute walk, and good access to the M62. The canal and other green spaces are also within walking distance.
The two available rooms are Jack and Jill, on the top floor, adjoined by a bathroom.
There is private parking on a driveway, and shared use of a large kitchen that leads out to a mid sized private garden. Also shared use of a large lounge with some Sky TV and Netflix (currently no TV licence).
The property also has a utility with washer and dryer, and a washing line in the garden.
There is also a spare mini fride and deep freezer, in addition to the normal split fridge in the kitchen available.
I love long walks and my dog, and generally a slow pace. My dog can be nervous with people, so I require a true dog lover with no fear of dogs. Open to pets, but unfortunately no cats.
This is a calm house, not a party house.
I'd prefer a vegan or veggie, but meat eating isn't a deal breaker.
I work from home often, so understand if you require an office. If so, this can be facilitated, let me know, and we can shuffle things around.
There are some gym bits in the garage, like a women's Olympic bar, bumper plates, kettlebells and a pull up bar.
Overall, this is a peaceful, tidy, large family home, occupied by a professional woman, with all the trappings that come with that. I keep things fairly clean and tidy, have most kitchen things you might need, and happy to share them if they are treated with respect. I have good relationships with the neighbours, and only have occasional, evening gatherings like board game nights - which I will give you decent notice about, and expect the same courtesy around guests.
