Hi all,

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy contract with IQ Students The Castings in Huddersfield HD1.

Unfortunately I am no longer able to stay in student accomodation. It was a brilliant place that served me well but I am needing a replacement tenant.

£109 a week. £4796 in total for a 44 week contract.
Bills included. Deposit/booking fee already paidand you will also get £400 cashback after movingin as I was a rebooker.

Move in 13/09/2025
Move out 18/07/2026

It is en-suite (shower/toilet/sink) flat of 5 - so 4 flatmates plus you. I lived with these flatmates for a year so I can say it is a quiet, hassle free flat.

Shared kitchen. Spacious storage in both your room, the en-suite, and the kitchen. 3/4 small double bed, huge desk, drawers, deep double wardrobes, plenty of shelves, and a coat rack.

Short commute to uni - the closest campus building is an 8 minute walk away! The flat is also located in C Block which is the closest to the campus as it’s next to the cut through.
Nearest supermarkets are Lidl and Sainsburys. Two corner stores nearby.

In addition the flat is wheelchair accessible, andhas buttons to open the doors - handy whencarrying shopping or cooked food! The kitchen and hallway space is more compared to other flats due to this.
