I have a room for Tenancy Takeover starting from the 3rd Jan 2026 until the 18th July 2026. It has to be a female and a student and there are already 5 girls who live there and they are lovely.
The room is en-suite with its own shower, toilet, sink. It also has a small double bed and a desk and has lots of storage space for everything you need. There is a shared kitchen but you have 2 cupboards and a drawer and a shelf in the fridge. There is also a laundry room and study room. There is someone on reception 24/7 and they are all nice.
