Room to Rent

This is mainly for students currently studying in the University of Huddersfield for the academic year 2025-2026. The flat is only a 5 minute walk to the University Campus. I am looking for someone to takeover the tenacy agreement as I am planning to move out (by then the room will be vacant).

The Flat is in H Block in the 3rd Floor, there are 5 En-Suite Rooms and a shared Kitchen (using 2 fridges and freezers) with a TV and some sofas.

The flat has an individual bathroom with a shower and a toilet with a sink.

The whole Accomodation has a reception, Den Room (Common Area), Study Room, Washing Machine and a Gym
