Roomate wanted

I have an en-suite double bedroom available in a very nice apartment. Urgently needed someone to move in.

I would like to continue to live in this apartment as it is really nice. We have free secure parking space, lift, secure gate (require a code to get in), 15 min walk to town, bus stop right in front of the apartment, grocery shops nearby and a balcony with beautiful view. The rent is £350 per person (including bills - there is Broadband). The room available is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is a built in wardrobe and furnished with a double bed and drawer.

The existing housemate includes me and my boyfriend. I"m a Malaysia Chinese that is working in Huddersfield. I speak fluent English as well as Mandarin and Cantonese. I love to cook and I'm quite good at it :) Me and my boyfriend are tidy people and always ensure that the house is clean. We are laid-back, friendly and easy going.
