Hi, the room is bright and airy large bedroom. There is a new ikea quality wooden chest drawers and triple wardrobe. A tv with freeview if wanted.

The house as been fully re decorated to a high standard and and new windows and carpet throughout.

The bathroom is large and airy with a deep bath and strong powered shower over the bath.

The lounge/diner as 32 inch freeview tv and blu ray wireless DVD player.

A gallery kitchen where you have full use of crockery and utensils. Fan assisted electric oven and gas hob. Also, microwave in kitchen and a compact fridge. There is also large fridge freezer and dryer.

The garden is in a quiet and fairly private area.
The Garden is pretty with relaxing garden furniture for those sunny days.

All bills are included in the rent: Wireless broadband, council tax, gas/electric, water, tv licence, home insurance.

If you do smoke I am afraid it would be outside in the garden.

The bonus part of living here is that I am within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance of Huddersfield town (No parking fees). If you dont like walking there is a bus stop by me with regular buses. I live on the main road from Newsome to the town centre.

This house share would suit a professional person or quiet student.
