1 double room available in shared house

All bills included (Council tax, water, electricity, gas, unlimited broadband wifi, tv licence, etc)..

2 Bedrooms available:

A smallish double room : available now

A medium sized double room: available from 17th June 2013

Shared rooms: Living room, Bathroom, kitchen and utilities room.

I have created a interactive website showing videos and photos of all the rooms in the house. I can send you a link via an email/pm.

The House:

Generally I take people on 6 month tenancy agreements then roll over month to month. I am flexible about this though and can find a solution if someone is needing longer or shorter time lengths.

I have had the whole house rewired summer last (2011) so it everything is up to the latest specs and guidelines with smoke detectors on every floor. The boiler is serviced every year with the present gas certificate issued in August 2012.

As of Feb 2013 I have had the whole house re-roofed adding insulation to the roof at the same time. April 2013 I have repainted the living room.

The house has a shared, kitchen, living and bathroom with a good sized walk-in shower.
