Double Room to let in clean modern flat! Bills inc

I am a student and will be going into my final year of study in September so will need some peace and quiet but I also like going out and like the odd drink in too! I am a clean person so I would like someone that respects that. Room has a built in wardrobe and can have a bed put in if required. The excess furniture will be removed from the spare room when someone moves in. The bathroom shown will virtually be yours aa I have an en suite. I have a little house rabbit but he's really good and not messy or smelly! If you need any more info just message me or text me! Xx
