Double Room in friendly house

This double room is in a very friendly household. As the current tenants work different hours there is generally someone in the house, so security is no problem. There is a shared living room, which has a TV in. The kitchen is very large, and the current tenants do sometimes share meals, especially on a weekend. The kitchen has a washing machine as well as the usual appliances. There is a secluded garden which is paved for use by all tenants.
All bills are included in the rent with Wi-Fi too.
