Double room in clean friendly house

This is a large double bedroom which is fully furnished. The house itself is clean and tidy, and is in a quiet area. There is a parking layby on the street, but unfortunately no private parking. The current tenants are quiet, but very friendly and helpful. The kitchen is equipped with all the usual appliances, and also has a washing machine for tenants use. The house is close to the village centre which has shops, post office etc. and is also close to the bus routes to and from the town centre. The buses are frequent throughout the day.
All bills are included in the rent, with fast Wi-Fi.
