Three rooms available in clean comfortable three bedroom house in a quiet, friendly residential street, five to ten minutes walk from the train station and town centre and fifteen to twenty minutes walk from the University.

All furniture and appliances are clean and recent. Decoration and carpets are of a neutral and high standard. House has gas central heating and a comfortable living room.

All bedrooms have a double bed, large wardrobe, spacious desk, desk chair and drawers and a shelving unit.

Rent includes water, gas, electric, tv licence and fast internet
