Single Room in clean house

This is is a single room with a single bed, a built in wardrobe, and a set of drawers.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine.
The house also has a shared dining room/living room.
There are newly landscaped gardens to front and rear of the property.
The area is a family residential place and is reasonably quiet so we don`t have tenants who like to party!!
There is lay-by parking outside the property, but this is not private.
