Double Attic Room

This is a double room in the attic of the house. It is fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, and drawers.
The room has recently been repainted and has a new carpet so is nice and clean.
The house consists of a v large basement kitchen and utility room, a living room on the ground floor, 2 beds and bath on the 1st floor and 2 beds in the attic. As there are a large number of stairs the property wouldn`t be suitable for someone with mobility issues.
The house is kept clean and tidy by the tenants, and whoever moved in would be expected to help with the cleaning.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine, microwave, fridge and freezer.
