Hi. I’m Abi and I currently rent a 2 bed property in the quiet area of Bradley in Huddersfield. I have one room and you would be renting the other room.

The house is a five minute drive to the motorway and a ten minute drive to the train and bus stations, in Huddersfield town centre. This makes it ideal for commuting to Leeds, Manchester and Bradford. The room itself is a spacious double and is painted grey and white. It has a brand new velux window and I can supply a double bed and mattress if required.

It is priced at £400 per calendar month (plus £400 deposit). The price includes rent, council tax, water rates, electricity, gas, broadband and TV licence. There is a washing machine, dryer, fridge, tv etc.

The property comprises of a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom and there is a small garden to the front and rear. There is also onstreet parking, directly outside the house.

I am a 30 year old working female and I have an old, indoor cat. I enjoy socialising but am very respectful of other people’s space. I would prefer a non smoking, housemate but others will be considered.
