Spacious double room in homely first floor apartment just outside of Leeds City Centre. Apartment set in quiet estate just on the river. A nice 20 minute walk into the city centre down the river path or a 5 minute drive. The apartment has a private balcony and also a south facing shared terrace (which is rarely used by anyone else). There are plenty of grassy areas too.

I am a 34 year old single female. I'm clean and tidy. I enjoy a night out but also love a night in. I enjoy going to the gym and going for walks.

I am a manager of a bar/restaurant in Harrogate. I work days during the week but can work some late nights on a Friday/Saturday (well not since the curfew). Despite the nights I am still very much a morning person!
