Stylish flat overlooking the docks

My current housemate is moving out in July and so looking for someone to take over the rent. Its the second room in the video. I am currently working from home in the main living area Monday/ Tuesday and Thursday, so it would be ideal if new roomate was out the flat for work at least on those days. I'm pretty easy going, like to keep fit and active but also enjoy relaxing/ going out for a beer from time to time. Would be wanting to keep the flat in decent shape. Just looking for someone likeminded. The rent including bills and council tax come to around £625 per month currently. The flat is in an ideal location, 10 minute walk into city centre.
