Room at Leeds Docks

Looking for a roommate for the 2 bed flat I’m in at the Docks. My friend is moving out to live with her boyfriend but I’m wanting to stay so looking to sign for another year 😊

Double room with en-suite shower and a large window with a gorg view of the docks. Large balcony too with the same view 🌞
Bills per month:
Rent is £1300 - £650pp
Bills including tax, Wi-Fi, electric are roughly £386 - £193pp
Parking - Citiparks is right outside and it’s £80 per month, but I’ve parked on the road since I’ve been here and it’s been fine!

I’m 27, like going out for food or a few drinks but equally love staying at home and binging shows. I would love to find a flatmate who’s also interested in being mates and hanging out 😎 (met my current flatmate on spare room)

Ideally would like someone that’s a similar age and female but open to all x
