Posting the ad on behalf of my room mate as I’m moving out - room available end of this month but can be available earlier if needed! Bills are currently £180 per month each, water bill is included as it’s on the docks. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and two small side tables and lamps (not the ones pictured - they’re my own). Has an ensuite with walk in shower.

The shared living room, dining and kitchen is furnished with a lovely big corner sofa and mirrored coffee table and sideboard. Recently had a brand new fridge fitted.

It’s a gorgeous, clean apartment with a large long balcony the width of the open plan living area. The balcony isn’t accessible currently due to the remediation works but is scheduled to be finished in October. This reduced the rent from £1400 to £1200, and will remain at £600pcm even when the balcony is accessible again. Balcony has a view of the docks.

Parking available on the streets around and at the citi park a 2 minute walk from the flat, which you can get a discounted rate for as a tenant.

The property is managed directly by the landlord who is lovely and easy to deal with.
