You’ll also be sharing with Barney, a well-behaved Labrador who occasionally lives at the flat. He’s very gentle and friendly, so you’ll need to be comfortable with dogs. I’m also open to you having a pet, depending on the size and suitability for the flat.
About the tenancy: You’ll join the existing tenancy, replacing the leaving tenant (subject to landlord/agent approval and referencing via Goodlord). The new tenancy share will start from 1 November or 1 December 2025, depending on checks and move-in date, however I'm happy to facilitate move in whilst the checks and new agreement is being finalised. Bills (council tax, utilities, Wi-Fi, etc.) are shared equally between tenants.
