Double room available in Brewery Wharf Penthouse!

Hi, I’m in a 2-bedroom flat with a double room available - you will have sole access to the family bathroom with bath/shower. There is a double wardrobe, double bed with storage, mirror and I’m happy to leave my desk / dressing table if wanted. I have lived here alone for the past 6 months and loved it! Such a lovely/safe building, 5 minute walk to the docks and 10 minutes to the city centre.

The flat has a really large living space with a dining table, balcony, kitchen and living room. The building has a gym & sauna, concierge and gated fob entry.

I’m really clean and love looking after the flat (Christmas tree/flowers etc.!), looking for someone tidy and like-minded. I love baking, going for a walk and a cocktail.

I am looking for a female, aged 24-30. Move in is from the 23rd of July, deposit is £807.50, due to the week prior. Yearly salary must be £30k+ to pass vetting, private landlord who’s really responsive, any issues have been fixed within 24 hours). Rent is £1400 total, £700 each and bills are ~£200 (council tax band D, WiFi, Gas and Electricity).
