There is a spacious living room with a flat screen TV and three large sofas. Brilliant house mates who are all really friendly and like to socialise, but sadly having to move out due to a family bereavement. The monthly bills are only £20 pp/month. and there are locks on all of the bedroom doors.

The house is a 2 minute walk from two local corner shops and a 10 minute walk to the local Sainsbury's in Headingley - where there are also lots of pubs and resturants. There is also a bus stop 5 minutes at the top of the road so there is easy access to both Uni of Leeds and Leeds Beckett Uni, as well as the city centre.
