Description

We are looking for someone to take over our contract as we are moving out early (spring).
The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac near Hyde Park corner, only a 10-15min walk away from Leeds Uni Parkinson building.
The ground floor consists of a decent size living room; big kitchen/dining area with a massive oven & cooker plus ample of storage (cupboard under stairs + pantry).
The kitchen also contains a new washing machine; full fridge freezer and a dryer.
The upstairs has 2 double bedrooms plus an additional office area. The bathroom was done up not long ago and has a bath with shower.
The back garden is south facing and very sunny when the weather is nice.
You can park for free on street as long as you apply for a parking permit with the council.
The pictures given to us by the agency really don't do this house justice it is a lot bigger in person, it's def worth to have a look! We are open to provide more picture upon request

Note the start date is flexible however the contract would be until 30th of June 2019 max.
The EPC rating is D.
