Large double room available in three bedroom house

Enormous double room available in three bedroom house in Hyde Park.

I am a live-in landlord who rents out two spare rooms. I am a university lecturer and I split my time between London and Leeds, so am only in the house Monday - Wednesday. I stay in the self contained basement, so this is really a two bed house share so it’s very spacious!

The house is well-maintained. The room is a light and bright space that offers plenty of space to work as well as sleep. It comes furnished with a bed (and new mattress), desk, bookshelves and wardrobe. Next to the bedroom there is a shared bathroom, downstairs there is a large sitting room and a separate kitchen.

The location is peaceful but really central - 10 minutes walk to Leeds University and 5 minutes to Hyde Park Corner.

I am a fashion historian who enjoys sewing and going out to museums and the theatre. The other house mate also works in universities. Our ideal housemate would be a postgraduate student or professional female. I am flexible about the length of stay and open to housemates looking for short tenancies.
