Need my mates room filling untill end of September

I’m a musician. I have movied into this two bed semi detached house in Hyde park. My mate is not returning from travelling until the end of September and mabye longer, november at the latest. So meanwhile we need his room filling. I am a musician so preferably I want someone who doesn’t mind me playing my guitar, having rehearsals etc... I don’t play anything too aggressive don’t worry, just abit of jazzzz...
Aside from that I am very clean and respectful and really looking forward to living with just one other person, so I’m looking for someone who is congenial and nice :)

The house itself is actually a 3 bed that they have agreed to let as a 2. It is real spacious and has 3 double bedrooms. The third we are planning on using as a music room/ study.

I will be leaving to return home to Cornwall for a few weeks on the 23rd of July so i need to find someone to feel max's room asap! Please get in touch! Can provide pictures on request.
