Due to a change in circumstances I'm looking for someone to take over the tenancy of my room. Double room with ensuite in a 3 bed house on Harold Walk, Hyde Park LS6 (through Diamond Properties). 10 minute walk to Leeds uni and next to Brudenell Social Club. This is a furnished double room on the 2nd floor of a 3 bedroom house with a double bed, desk, chair, TV, large double wardrobe and en-suite shower/toilet. There is a fully equipped communal kitchen and living area – facilities include, oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.. The living room has a wall-mounted TV and 2 sofas. The house is on a quiet street with on street parking available and Sainsbury's supermarket 5 min walk away. Burley Park Station is a 5 minute walk away and it is very close to Brudenell Social Club and the Royal Park Pub.

My housemates are 1 female 2nd year studying chemistry and 1 male 2nd year philosophy - both studying at University of Leeds, they are both friendly, social people who like to go out occasionally but are quiet and easy to get on with.. Monthly rent is £392 including all bills - TV licence, electric, gas, water rates and internet (broadband).
