Double room in great location

Hi,

we have a room to rent in a 3 bedroom property in Hyde Park.

Currently there are 3 people searching for a friendly, open minded, considerate and tidy person.

We are quiet, one of us works full time (and she moves out on 3.10), I am a p/t post grad student working p/t. There is also a very relaxed cat called Miesiu. The house is a bit scruffy (we are going to paint the kitchen), but with a good vibe:) We have lots of plants indoor and outdoor, and the location is great (Both LBU and Leeds Uni super close, Sainsbury's, Abu Bakr, Coop, the Brudenell Social Club, the park, a walking distance to the Center, Meanwood, Woodhouse, Headingley, Burley, even Armley), the rent is low, £224, Wifi included, bills (gas and electricity around £120 p/p every 3 months if we careful and we try to be) and council tax (£40 p/p monthly). The landlords private and easy going.

The room has a sink and is spacious, bright and on the first floor.

There is also an attic room normally used to dry our clothes and store stuff but friends are welcome for short stays:) and a very big basement for storing. Kitchen open with living room. Security bars and doors to keep house save:)
