The house has just been redecorated and beds replaced so may look a little different from photos but for the better!
The kitchen has a washing machine and the bathroom has both a corner bath and shower.
The house's location is perfect for students, 10 minute walk to Uni of Leeds. Close to buses to the city centre, near to shops without the noise, and 15 minute walk to Aldi.
You'd be living with two lovely art students, both social and really welcoming, great on a night out and a night in. !
Potential flatmate would be friendly and considerate, other than that no preference!

Monthly price is fully inclusive- rent, utilities, TV licence and fibre optic.
