Room to let in Hyde Park Area!

I'm currently in the process of leaving university and am looking for somebody to take over my room for the remainder of my tenancy! Our tenancy is currently running until the 30/06/21, which gives you more than enough time to get settled and enjoy the house before the time ends. We live in a lovely recently refurbished house at the top of hyde park. We are five mins from the centre of headingley and about a 25 min walk from central leeds.
My room is a spacious top floor bedroom with a lovely skylight window and bathroom situated on the same floor. All of my housemates are extremely lovely people and are happy to welcome anybody into their circle! As for the house, it was recently refurbished over the summer meaning that almost everything is brand new! We like to keep a clean living space so don't worry about mess as their is uaully very little of it.

We are currently renting with the housing company 'redbrick proerties', who have been amazing to work with from the get go, would highly reccomend them to anybody.
