A double room to rent

The accommodation comprises 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate kitchen and lounge. The house is located in Hyde Park very close to the Royal Park Pub and the bus station. The other tenants are 2 lovely girls who are second year university students. We’re looking for a university student who likes to have movie nights, cook and go to pubs as well as having study sessions during exam season. The Leeds Beckett city campus is just a 25-minute walk away, and Hyde Park is only a 15-minute walk. Within a 5-minute walk, there are two Sainsbury's, one of which is open 24/7.
