We are looking for a female student in Leeds to live in our lovely and spacious 4 bedroom house opposite Burley Park Station. The bedroom is a double room furnished with a desk, bed and walk-in wardrobe. There is one bathroom and a spacious living room and separate kitchen diner. My 2 female flatmates and I are sociable and studious.
The rent is £125 per week including all bills.
Sadly for medical reasons, our 4th flatmate in this house share has had to drop out last minute, so we are looking for are replacement flatmate. The room is available from the 1st of July 2024.
