The whole property has super tall ceilings and the double bedroom is just as spacious for the steal price of £480/per month (bills and coucil tax excluded). The room comes already furnished, with a chest of drawers, double bed, desk and chair, plus a little built-in closet. The room has 2 big windows overlooking the backyard.
The property is 10 mins walk from Uni of Leeds, 20 mins walk from LGI, close to a few bus stops to town, two Sainsburies with cash machines, plenty of takeaway shops and the newly renovated Hyde Park Picture House. Off-street private parking available. Coucil tax is about £55 per person.
The other tenant who is already living in the property is a lovely young professional with a chill demeanor, who is tidy and respectful of others. Ideally looking for a female professional tenant to pair up with her, who is like-minded and reliable in splitting up bills.
