Currently, there are 2 girls living in the property and preferably looking for a third girl studying for a postgraduate degree or young professional to take over my tenancy.
The flat has a large communal living area and one bathroom. It has off-street private parking. It is maintained by Student Cribs and the contract is until 30/06/2025. Rent is £650 a month with all bills included.
Available for September move in, although I can be flexible with the exact date. I have attached some pictures of the property.
