Room to Rent in Hyde Park

Room available in 5 bedroom student house located on Mayville Terrace just off Cardigan road in Hyde Park which is about a 15-20 minute walk to University of Leeds and Headingley. Rent is 131.50 per week, however, we would be willing to negotiate. Our previous fifth housemate recently dropped out of uni, leaving us to look for a takeover of his tenancy. We're all really friendly and sociable but also responsible and eager to keep the house clean and tidy. The house itself is a perfect student house with a recently refurbished kitchen and bathrooms and has all bills included including:
