The price is £108/wk and £94/month for bills (562 all in)
It’s a room in a 6 bed house, 3 bath with 4 boys and 1 girl, all of them doing a creative degree apart from 1.
The house located a 5 minute walk from both Sainsburys, Co-Op and Royal Park Pub.
Obviously the room wouldn’t look like this everything will be cleared. The room includes the bed, the desk, the wardrobe and a chair.
Tenancy takeover would be done via Diamond Properties and a £200 deposit would be required.
