Hey, we are looking for a housemate to take over my house tenancy. We live in a 4 ensuite bedroom house, located by the Hyde Park Pub.
Convenient for travel - 2mins walk to the bus stop (1, 6, 8, 27, 28). Only 4mins on bus or a short 10-15 minute walk to Parkinson’s steps.
The house has been newly renovated with a new spacious kitchen (two fridge-freezer, dishwasher, large induction hob) and large living room with new TV and more…
The contract was from 1st July to 30th June (12 months), but unfortunately, I will have to leave and go back home, a few thousand miles away. So this will be a tenancy takeover.
The room will be available for grabs from the 29th September 2024.
- The weekly rate is £140, excluding bills.
A UK guarantor is needed for quarterly payment. If no UK guarantor available, we recommend using a UK guarantor rental company called Housing Hand who could help. Or you can pay in two instalments with no guarantor.
