📌Current housemates include 1 male professional and 1 female students, who are super nice and respectful and mostly keep to themselves. I usually just have the house to myself from mid day to late at night
📌The landlord is very easy going and supportive, will respond quickly to any requests
📌Fully furnished house with washer/dryer and kitchen appliances, you only need to bring your personal stuffs
