The room is one of the biggest rooms in the house and has lots of natural light with lots of wall space for posters. It is an ensuite room that is at the very top of the house and it has really strong wifi.

The room is furnished with:
- Double bed
- Bedside table
- Wardrobe
- Desk
- Desk chair
- An ensuite bathroom connected to the room with: shower, toilet, sink, mirror and under sink storage cabinet

It is an all-girl student house and we would like to have another girl to fill the spot 💗

The house is in a great location in hyde park:
- Safe, quiet and convenient street
- Close to both sainsburys local and the 24 hour sainsburys
- 10 minute walk from Burley Park train station
- 15 minute walk to the University of Leeds Campus
- 2 minute walk to bus stops
- 5 minute walk from the Royal Park Pub and Brudnell Social Club
- Free on-street parking

The house is warm & comfortable and the house members are really friendly and sociable. We love pub nights out and pub quizzes!! The house has a lovely living room where we have had weekly movie nights all this year and we are looking forward for many more next year. 🍿

I believe our kitchen was recently refurbished before we moved in last year and it has:
- separate washers and dryer machines
- lots of cupboard space for food
- 2 fridge freezers plus an additional fridge
- dishwasher!!!
- oven
- hob
- sink
- microwave
- toaster
- kettle

We also have another shared living space that we sometimes use for house meals like at Christmas meals and when not used for that its a clothes drying room.

I loved living in this house this past year and I renewed my contract for next year (1st July 2025- 30th June 2026), but I’ve secured a placement in another city and need someone to take my spot.
