Double room in a student house in hyde park

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy for 1st July - 31st June in Leeds Hyde park in amazing locations.
Large house with good sized bedrooms, living space and kitchen all fully furbished apart from a tv but the others in the house are planning to sort that. Ive attached pictures of the room you would be in as well as the bathrooms and kitchen etc. All the bathrooms have been re done last year so super nice and clean.
The house is with 2 boys and 2 girls all students. Unlimited bills included (gas, water, electricity and wifi) in rent. Basement with washing machine and dryer. On street parking + space to park behind house. Small front garden as well.
