Masters student looking for flatmates

Hey, I'm Cameryn, and I am a 22-year-old master's student looking for 3 housemates to share a 4-bedroom house in Hyde Park.

I am organized, clean, and friendly. I will probably spend a significant chunk of time studying, but I also like to go out and meet new people. I like to draw and paint, spend time outdoors, learn new languages, and go out with friends. I'm generally down for trying new things as well. Would love to live with other post-grad students or young professionals.

The house is in a great location near the park itself and right across the street from a bus stop, which makes commuting easy. It has off-street parking and a washer and a dryer, and the kitchen and upstairs bathroom are currently being renovated. All 4 rooms are the same size, and the house has two bathrooms.

I'm from the U. S., so I have no idea how council tax works, but the UK gov website says that the council tax band is B.
